It has been a real busy month with a few fun commission work on top of my normal work day. Now that I’ve sent all the work to the clients, I finally have some time to work on the ATC cards for my art and craft club. The theme for this month is April Showers, here’s what I’ve done with hand embossed clouds and rain.

Thinking of my dad… I tried to illustrate us more than 30 years ago…
In case you are wondering why he’s wearing a helmet but not her, actually that’s a rain flat cap. There was not such thing as helmet at that time when i grew up in Malaysia. :)

Sometimes after the rain, it brings very beautiful sky
When we were driving back from Cambridge to Oxford, in the middle of nowhere, it was raining but we can see this beautiful sky in front of us…Eventually, we drove away from the rain and were under the most beautiful sky I’ve ever seen.
Rainbow
I don’t mind the rain,
I don’t mind the thunderstorm.
If that is what it takes
to see the rainbow.

Fear of love?
I drew this a few years back for iStock vector challenge titled “Phobia”. If I’m not mistaken, it was their 2nd challenge ever and i won the 3rd place.
